Carola
I'm happy to have found Claudia. She gave me good advice and helped me lose weight and manage my rheumatoid arthritis. She is a great listener with a lot of knowledge — calm, friendly, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her.
Former chef, Registered Dietitian, and your partner in compassionate, evidence-based care.
My first career was as a chef, trained over three years in Berlin. That path took me to incredible places like St. Moritz, Cologne, Paris, and London — including a year at Claridge’s, which still feels like a “wow” moment even now. But over time I realised that being a chef wasn’t what I wanted for the rest of my life. I knew I wanted to work with people and support them more directly, even though I didn’t yet know how.
Around that time, my father‑in‑law was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. He wasn’t doing well, but everything changed when he started working with a dietitian. Watching the transformation — how targeted changes in food and lifestyle helped him regain his health, stabilise his blood sugar, lose weight, and enjoy life again — was a turning point for me. That’s when I knew: I wanted to help people improve their health and quality of life through the powerful combination of nutrition, lifestyle, and science.
I went on to study nutrition and dietetics in Stuttgart and became a state‑registered Dietitian. My career began at the prestigious 5‑star private Klinik Schloss Mammern in Switzerland, where I eventually became Head of Nutrition and Dietetics and stayed for 10 years.
After relocating to London, I opened my own practice and ran successful clinics in Little Venice, Harley Street, and North London. I now live and work from Eastbourne on England’s beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Alongside my clinical work, I’ve collaborated with several startups (including Huel, now a major brand) and have been featured in publications such as Men’s Health and Tesco Magazine.
But my true passion has always been helping individuals — people just like you.
Over the years, I’ve supported thousands of clients, and I’ve also walked this journey personally. Several years ago, my wonderful mum was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. It was heartbreaking to see how inflammation drained her energy and made everyday tasks difficult. Medication alone wasn’t enough. But through a combination of dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, and building sustainable habits, she gradually improved. Today she’s thriving again — travelling, seeing friends, and enjoying her garden.
These experiences — professional and personal — shape the way I work: with compassion, science, and a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal and strengthen when given the right support.

Claudia has a lot of knowledge on balancing your diet and building habits without them feeling painful. I'm not into calorie counting and she accommodated that with ease. If you want better nutrition and sustainable weight loss after fad diets haven't worked, draw on her help.
Maria
A very professional and experienced dietitian. She put me at ease from the first session, never judgemental, always caring. She helped me lose weight and build a healthy routine — diet, sleep, and exercise — with check-ins between sessions. My energy has improved drastically.

Extremely helpful with SIBO — she explained my gut needed time to heal beyond gastro treatment. The right foods plus Nerva hypnotherapy were beneficial. After 20+ years of IBS I'm no longer frightened of foods and can eat out without anxiety.

Excellent support for fecal incontinence from diverticulitis. Extremely knowledgeable, tactful, and kind — I feel empowered to continue what I've learnt about diet, sleep, and the emotional–gut connection.

Life-changing — from food anxiety and allergies to expanding what I could eat safely, even becoming vegetarian, which I thought impossible. Compassionate, knowledgeable support I'm deeply grateful for.

Heart issue — GP drugs had harsh side effects. Claudia helped align my diet with long-term goals without those effects. I'm far better informed about maintaining a healthy diet.
