The Health Reset Programme

12 Weeks of Personalised Nutrition & Health Therapy

Feel confused about what to eat? Overwhelmed by conflicting advice? Struggling to manage a health condition without clear direction?

You're not alone.

With so much information online and so many opinions, even simple food choices can start to feel stressful and uncertain. What used to feel easy can quickly become complicated.

This is where I can help.

I'll guide you step by step to understand exactly what your body needs — and how to apply it in real life. Whether you've recently been diagnosed or have been struggling for years, you'll finally have a clear, personalised plan you can trust.

Imagine feeling:

  • Confident in your food choices
  • Calm and in control of your health
  • Reassured that what you're eating is supporting your body — not working against it

You deserve that clarity.

A root-cause approach that goes deeper

Many long-term health issues share common underlying imbalances. Instead of chasing symptoms, we focus on addressing the root causes — helping to improve your health in a more meaningful, lasting way.

What we'll work on together

We'll focus on the four key pillars of health:

  • Nutrition
  • Movement
  • Sleep
  • Stress management

Because real health isn't just about food — it's about how everything works together.

Simple, realistic, sustainable

You'll learn practical, easy-to-follow strategies that fit into your life — not overwhelm it.

No extreme plans. No confusing rules. No more yo-yo dieting or quick fixes.

Just a clear, supportive path towards better health — one step at a time.

Are you ready to finally understand what your body truly needs?

How it works

Over 12 weeks, we'll work closely together to understand your health concerns and create a personalised, evidence-based plan that fits your lifestyle and goals.

The aim is simple: to help you stop second-guessing and start feeling confident, nourished, and in control.

This is a truly holistic approach. We look beyond symptoms and consider your whole self — your body, mind, and daily life.

Through in-depth listening, reviewing your health history, and guiding you with practical strategies around nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress, you'll begin to feel:

  • More energised
  • More balanced
  • More confident in your choices

Together, we'll build a way of supporting your health that is completely tailored to you

How I can support you

Nutrition has a powerful impact on how you feel day to day - and on your long-term health.

I help you understand your body and create practical, realistic strategies that fit into your life.

While I have a particular passion for supporting those with inflammatory conditions, such as for example rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis, I am fully trained and experienced in working with a wide range of health concerns, including:

  • Digestive issues (bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhoea, reflux, indigestion, diverticular disease)
  • Weight management (healthy weight loss or gain, including support alongside GLP-1 medications)
  • Metabolic health (high cholesterol, fatty liver, blood sugar imbalances, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome)

If your concern isn't listed above, you're very welcome to get in touch - we can discuss how I may be able to support you.

What makes this different

This isn't about restriction or rigid plans.

We focus on what you can enjoy.

So much nutrition advice leaves people feeling overwhelmed or deprived - that's not how I work.

Instead, I will:

  • Build your diet up, not strip it back
  • Prioritise a food-first approach, with supplements recommended only when needed
  • Combine up-to-date, evidence-based research with my clinical experience to guide you
  • Take a whole-person approach, considering your lifestyle, symptoms, and emotional wellbeing

This is for you if…

  • You feel unsure what your ideal diet should be
  • You want tailored, expert guidance - not generic advice
  • You're ready to understand what's driving your symptoms or low energy
  • You want to feel like the best version of yourself again

This is not for you if…

You're looking for a quick fix or a "magic solution."

This programme is about long-term, sustainable change - the kind that truly transforms your health.

What's included

Your 12-week transformation includes:

  • 1 × 70-minute initial consultation — A deep dive into your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals - with a clear personalised plan to get you started
  • 3 × 45-minute follow-up sessions — To review progress, refine your plan, and keep you moving forward with confidence
  • Personalised summaries after each session — So you always know your next steps
  • Practical resources and personalised guidance, tailored to your needs — This may include meal ideas and recipes, planning support, portion guidance, and lifestyle strategies where appropriate
  • Ongoing support between sessions — Weekly check-ins via email or phone (up to 15 minutes) for accountability and guidance

Before we begin

To make the most of your time, you'll complete a short questionnaire before your first session.

This allows me to fully understand your situation in advance - so we can focus on meaningful action from day one. You may also be asked to keep a short food and symptom diary.

Every session is carefully prepared, so you feel heard, supported, and guided every step of the way.

A gentle but honest promise

I can't promise to fix everything.

But I can promise to support you fully, guide you with expertise, and empower you to take control of your health - in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

Because this is about more than food

It's about understanding your body. Listening to it. And supporting it in a way that brings it back into balance.

Personalised nutrition that works with your life — not against it.

Ready to take the next step?

You don't have to figure this out alone.

My mission is simple: To help you enjoy food again — and feel your best.

From Intention to Action

12 Weeks of Coaching for Sustainable Healthy Habits

Turn your good intentions into habits that actually last.

You'll receive personalised support, practical strategies, and expert guidance to help you make healthy choices stick - without relying on willpower or quick fixes.

Does this sound familiar?

You start with the best intentions…

"I'll cook more." "I'll go to the gym regularly." "I'll eat healthier from now on."

But then life happens.

Your routine slips. Old habits creep back in. And those good intentions slowly fade away.

Then comes the frustration.

You blame yourself. You feel like you've failed. And before you know it, you're back in the cycle - jumping between diets, quick fixes, and starting over again.

Here's the truth

It's not a lack of willpower. And you are not failing.

You've just never been shown how to make change stick.

This is where everything shifts

There is a way to build habits that feel natural, enjoyable, and sustainable.

A way to:

  • Feel in control of your choices
  • Reduce cravings and emotional eating
  • Let go of guilt around food
  • Create routines that actually work in real life

This programme is about helping you become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself - and building a lifestyle you can maintain for life.

What we'll work on together

This is more than just nutrition advice.

We'll combine behaviour change coaching, mindset work, and practical strategies to help you finally follow through.

Together, we will:

  • Identify what's really been holding you back
  • Uncover limiting beliefs and patterns
  • Understand your habits — what's working and what isn't
  • Set meaningful goals and connect with your deeper "why"
  • Build routines that feel realistic and sustainable

You'll learn how to…

  • Stay consistent - even when life gets busy
  • Handle moments like "I don't have time" or "I'll start next week"
  • Break the cycle of all-or-nothing thinking
  • Manage cravings and emotional eating with practical tools
  • Build habits that feel effortless over time

Because real success doesn't come from knowing what to do - it comes from consistently doing it.

This is for you if…

  • You know what to do, but struggle to stay consistent
  • You start strong but can't maintain habits
  • You feel stuck in cycles of dieting or "starting over"
  • You experience emotional eating or strong cravings
  • You want long-term change - not another short-term fix
  • You're ready to feel in control of your choices again

This is not for you if…

You're looking for a quick fix or a "magic solution."

This programme is about long-term, sustainable transformation.

What's included

Over 12 weeks, you'll receive:

  • 1 × 70-minute initial session — A deep dive into your goals, lifestyle, habits, and challenges - with a personalised strategy tailored to you, taking into account any dietary requirements and health conditions
  • 4 × 30-minute coaching sessions — To review progress, overcome obstacles, and keep you moving forward
  • Weekly check-ins between sessions — Via email for accountability, support, and troubleshooting
  • Personalised coaching and tools, including: Behaviour change strategies, Habit-building techniques, Tools to overcome setbacks, Guidance on identity and routine shifts

Each session is tailored to you, with clear, actionable steps you can implement immediately.

The transformation you can expect

By the end of 12 weeks, you will:

  • Feel more in control of your habits and choices
  • Experience fewer cravings and less emotional eating
  • Let go of guilt and frustration around food
  • Understand your behaviours and triggers on a deeper level
  • Have a clear, sustainable routine that works for your life

No more starting over. No more relying on motivation. Just consistent, lasting change.

Why this works

My background in nutrition and dietetics allows me to understand the physical and metabolic factors influencing your behaviours and difficulties.

My work as a health coach and NLP practitioner helps address the behaviours, habits, and thought patterns that often hold you back.

Because lasting change happens when you work on both.

A question for you…

Think 3, 6, or 12 months ahead.

If nothing changes, where will you be?

Still feeling stuck? Still frustrated? Still not where you want to be?

Or… ready to take action now?

Ready to turn intention into action?

You don't have to do this alone.

Let me support you in building habits that feel natural, sustainable, and truly life-changing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a Dietitian, Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist?

All Dietitians are also Nutritionists but not all Nutritionists are Dietitians. Only those Dietitians registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) can call themselves a Dietitian. They are qualified to assess, diagnose, and treat dietary and nutritional problems. They work with both healthy individuals and those with medical conditions, using evidence-based approaches.

Dietitians can provide nutrition therapy, which is a form of treatment used to support and manage health conditions through diet and lifestyle. More detailed information on the high standards required of a Registered Dietitians can be found on the HCPC website here.

The BDA has created a short video explaining what it is I do as a registered Dietitian and how I help: What is a Dietitian

"Nutritionist" is not a protected profession. Many Nutritionists graduate from university and have a huge amount of experience but there are also many that don't. As a layperson it can be difficult to find out the difference and whether it's the "real thing" or just someone who completed a short course. It's important to do your research.

Sadly, anyone can call themselves a Nutritional Therapist. Nutritional Therapists do not have to be registered with a professional body. A Which? investigation has found that some advice given by high street Nutritional Therapists could seriously harm a person's health. Anyone who is worried about their health is advised to visit their GP who can refer them to a registered Dietitian for tailored, evidence-based dietary advice.

Further information can be found here: https://www.bda.uk.com/about-dietetics/what-is-dietitian/dietitian-or-nutritionist.html

What if I want to continue after my programme ends?

You're welcome to extend and book extra sessions. We can discuss this together and find the best way forward, whether it's single sessions or a block of several sessions.

It says 'programme' – is it a one fits all?

No – not at all! This is deeply personalised to your individual needs and circumstances.

What if I have a condition, health issue or problem not listed here?

Not a problem! I encourage you to get in touch and book your free 15 minute discovery call. Should it turn out that I am not able to help you in this situation, I'd happy to try and connect you with someone who can.

Will this work for me?

I can't ever give a guarantee, but what I can assure you is that I will always do my best to help you achieve the best results possible. We're in it together. You'll get the most out of our work together when you are ready to commit. Keep in mind: this is a process, a journey – not a race.

Will there be fixed dates & times for our meetings?

Meetings will be held on average every 3 to 4 weeks on Thursdays, Fridays, or on Saturday mornings. If you prefer a certain day or time, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate this. Appointments are on a first come first serve basis.

Will I get a meal plan?

Meal plans are not included as a standard part of the programme, although a weekly meal plan can be purchased separately if you would find one helpful.

My approach focuses on helping you build the skills, confidence, and understanding to make food choices that work for you in real life. While meal plans can seem like the perfect solution, they often don't lead to lasting change. They tell you what to eat, but not why, and they rarely adapt well when life changes — whether that's travel, stress, social events, or shifts in your symptoms or energy levels.

Instead, I support you in developing a flexible, sustainable way of eating that you can maintain long-term. This includes:

  • Learning to recognise your body's signals such as hunger, fullness, and energy levels
  • Understanding the factors that influence your eating patterns
  • Building practical meal planning skills that fit your lifestyle
  • Creating sustainable habits rather than relying on willpower
  • Developing strategies to navigate challenges and setbacks

The goal is not for you to rely on a plan, but to feel confident making choices that support your health in any situation.

Why 12 weeks? Can I not just book individual sessions?

Lasting change doesn't happen in a single conversation - not when you're navigating longterm health challenges, rebuilding trust in your body, or trying to shift habits shaped over years. A oneoff session can give you information, but it can't give you transformation.

Real progress needs momentum, consistency, and space to adjust as your body responds. That's why I work in a series of sessions over 12 weeks: it allows us to build on each step, troubleshoot what comes up, and keep you moving forward instead of starting over again and again.

I'm committed to investing my time, effort, and experience into guiding you through this journey - fully and wholeheartedly. And I ask for the same commitment from you. Change requires partnership, not quick fixes. I'm all in. Are you?

Of course, some health concerns can be addressed with just a couple of sessions, and in those cases the structure can be adjusted. The best way to know what you truly need is to get in touch so we can talk through your personal situation and decide together.

Do you offer refunds if I sign up and later feel it's not for me?

There isn't a formal refund policy (and so far no one has ever asked for one!), but I want you to feel comfortable. If you start the programme and realise within the first 14 days that it really isn't the right fit, just let me know. You'll only be charged for the work we've done up to that point, and the rest will be refunded.

All I ask is that you join when you feel ready to commit and give the process a fair chance — that's what makes the biggest difference.

If you need to pause sessions for example because of undergoing medical treatment and needing time for recovery, because you're trialling new medication, or some other reason, please speak to me and we can discuss this.
